The text wrapping around these mandarins was painted with acrylic, and reads: I peel a mandarin and separate the segments. I hold my fingers to my face and inhale the pungent scent of the mandarin peel. I put a segment into my mouth and bite through the delicate water-balloon skin. An intensely stunning acidic explosion of juice bursts forth.
